General Description
Body shape slug-like with gill structures visible as a single cluster on back of the animal. Pattern includes shades or colours of brown, yellow and/or red. Animal up to 4 cm long.
Biology
This species name possibly conceals a complex of multiple cryptic species.
Habitat
Intertidal areas under stones and deeper waters, to depth of 55 m.
