General Description
Head slightly compressed, eyes very close together on top of head; mouth reaching almost to middle of eye; head pores present before and behind eyes. Body translucent grey, lacking dorsal stripes; midsides scattered with alternating small and large dark blotches. To 6 cm.
Habitat
Builds burrows in muddy areas of estuaries and bays, to depth of 10 m.
