General Description
Greyish with a distinct narrow black stripe above eye to tail in juveniles and females; males black, 2nd and 3rd dorsal fins often red. To 8 cm
Biology
This species was introduced into Corio Bay during the 1990's, presumably in the ballast water of ships.
Habitat
Shallow rocky reefs and jetties, in tide pools, to depth of 10 m.
