General Description
Body slender, head broader than deep, eyes almost touching; gill opening broad; sensory pores present on head; scales absent from head. Translucent to sandy above, pale below, with scattered small yellow blotches and pale blue dashes along midsides; fins mostly clear with few small scattered white spots; first dorsal fin clear in males, with scattered small black spots; females with an enlarged black spot near end of fin. To 4 cm.
Biology
This species is only known from Port Phillip Bay, Victoria.
