General Description

Small species with minute granules on the disc. The upper arm spines on the first segment next to the disc are notably taller than all others. Colour brown. Disc up to 2 mm wide, arm up to 12 mm long.

Biology

The feeding behaviour and favoured prey are unknown.

Habitat

Occurs in clumps of algae at shallow subtidal depths (1-24 m).
